It said my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes UPS updates their package tracking to delivered before a shipment is physically delivered. If you received a delivery notification and it is still the same day of scheduled delivery, you should receive it by the end of the day.


If it has been over 24 hours since receiving the delivery notification and you still have not received your package, please contact UPS and have your tracking information handy. Unfortunately once the package is picked up by UPS we only see what is available in the tracking information. It is in the hands of UPS and they should be able to help you locate it.


It is important to call the UPS first as they are responsible for getting the package from us to you. In the rare case a package has truly been lost in transit, please email us at [email protected] within 2 business days since receiving the delivery notification. 


Then, we can investigate further and cover the loss by sending a new package.
