What happens if a sample is not in stock?

If we are out of a specific sample, please email [email protected] or chat with us directly on the website. We also recommend ordering a similar pattern or colorway, if the sample you are interested in is not immediately available. 

Please note, if your sample order includes an out-of-stock product, we will send you a similar but alternative product and provide a refund for any pricing differences.

For Example, If we don't have samples available of Subway Denim 2"x6", we will send you a size reference of Subway 2"x8" and Denim color chip for color and texture reference.
