Because Clay Imports’ handmade materials are subject to variations in size, color, shade and texture from piece to piece and from batch to batch, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any of our products.
For All Customized Orders
Customized items (either in custom color, custom size or custom pattern/shape) orders are made according to your requirements. It means that nobody else can accept the item. Hence, no returns or exchanges/cancellations for any reason.
For Last Call Sale and Limited Edition Items
All items marked as Last Call (Bundle Sale) or Limited Edition Items are final sale. No returns or exchanges/cancellations for any reason.
