Are there any alternative shipping methods to LTL freight?

We only ship orders less than 60 lbs. via UPS Ground. If we ship over 60 lbs. through UPS, there is a high likelihood that your tiles would arrive broken or damaged, which could delay your installation and end up costing more due to additional tiles and shipping. The risk is too high, we'd rather your experience be as smooth as possible, so you can complete your project on time and without any headaches.
UPS uses drop off conveyor belts, and often toss packages. This can result in tile becoming damaged. We prefer to ship freight on pallets for safer package transit. Wooden pallets support the product and fork-lifts move your shipment safely.
Shipping 10SF or 20SF will cost the same as shipping 100SF. The reason being that the freight carrier has a minimum order to cover. From the freight company's perspective, all pallets takes up the same amount of space on a truck. They have to travel the same distance, file the same paperwork, and go through the same terminal process.
