We are proud to offer low, competitive tiered, flat rate shipping. We use third-party LTL freight to ship our tiles to limit breakage and ensure the safe transit of your material. Our new flat rate shipping costs are based on current prices, with the combined weight of your materials.
Our rates are divided into 3 tiers
Tier 1 | WEST TX, AZ, NM, AK, LA, OK
Tier 2 | MIDWEST, NORTHWEST
Tier 3 | EAST COAST, MIDWEST, SOUTHEAST (CA, CT, DE, FL, ID, IL, IN, ME, MA, MI, MN, NV, MH, MJ, MY, OR, PA, RI, WA)
Areas are divided by region and, in some situations, by zip code. Rates will auto-populate, at checkout, based on the weight, cart total and location that your order will ship to.
Estimating Your Rate: Step-by-Step
Here's how you can determine your rate:
- Add the materials to your shopping cart
- Proceed to View Cart
- Scroll down to Estimate Shipping
- Enter your state and zip code, and voila! Your rate options will appear.
- FLAT RATE SHIPPING EXCLUDES: West Texas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and remote locations or islands. Orders exceeding 4 pallets or more and 9,000 pounds.
- Pavers and breeze blocks subject to separate rates due to weight.
- Orders containing materials from multiple Clay Imports warehouse locations may require stacked flat rate shipping. The rates will stack and multiple shipments may occur.
- Some rates apply to orders that contain ONLY breeze blocks. If other items are added, rates will combine and/or stack, depending on quantity and materials.
