I didn't order enough tile for my installation. Can I order more?

While we try best to ensure that you have ordered enough tile, we understand that it may occasionally run short. In the event that you need additional tile, you must let us know that it's your Add-On order and your original invoice number.

• Add-on orders will reflect the current price of the item at time of order placement. If your original order was custom or was placed over 2 months ago, your Add-On orders will incur a $200 set-up fee in addition to full retail pricing.

• Though we will do everything we can to keep as close to the original as possible, due to the handcrafted nature of our tile, we are unable to guarantee that the color, sheen, thickness or sizing will be an exact match to your original order.

• Add-on orders can not be cancelled, exchanged or returned as to why our handmade tile has organic variation from batch to batch which make it very hard to use towards another order.

Be advised Clay Imports recommends ordering additional material with your order, as add on orders at a later date may not match or product might not be available any longer.
