I have unopened/unused boxes. Can I return them?

We do not accept returns on any material. Our handmade tile has organic variation from batch to batch which make it very hard to use towards another order. Availability and glaze composition of tiles are always changing so keeping any tile that’s left over on hand is highly recommended for future repairs. This will ensure that your tiles are from the same batch.
